Ingredients:

  • 250g paneer, cubed
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. ginger paste
  • 1 tsp. garlic paste
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tsp. red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. coriander powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger paste and garlic paste. Fry for a minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomato has reduced and the mixture has thickened.
  4. Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add the cubed paneer and stir gently to combine. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the paneer is heated through.
  6. Add the heavy cream and stir gently. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
